Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with recorded delivery for all yarn orders under 2 kilos. If you prefer delivery by courier, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees are actual postage costs. We use drop and go, so sometimes a parcel may have a smaller fee than we expected due to the discretion of the postal worker. If we notice a large difference we refund it. Small refunds are not easy to notice so at our discretion we do not give small refunds.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
